Tulsi is an uplifting herb that works to ease stress and anxiety while also enhancing cognitive function. Just like chamomile, tulsi also helps with digestive discomfort like bloating, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome. A lot of times, digestive issues can be linked to stress, and these herbs help with both!
What is an adaptogen?

This product contains rhodiola root, chamomile, ashwagandha root, tulsi, purified water and ethyl alcohol.
Our Tinctures are alcohol based. Using alcohol enables us to effectively extract a wide range of constituents from plants. It also means that tinctures keep well - alcohol prevents the growth of bacteria and inhibits enzyme activity. Tinctures are easy to take and to carry around with you as you only need small amounts (generally of 2-3 teaspoons per day). If you cannot or would not like to take alcohol in your medicine, please consider our herbal supplements or herbal teas within the same range and/or consult one of our medical herbalists so that they can devise a bespoke prescription for you.
Dilute 5ml of tincture in water and consume two to three times daily before or after food or as recommended by your healthcare advisor.
