Our Autumn classes are for anyone who wants to learn more about the relationship between mind, body, and breath. These three essential elements of our being are closely intertwined. When they work in harmony, we live better and feel better. But if one of these pillars falls out of balance, we can start to develop illnesses and struggle with mental health problems.
It’s never been more important to support these three elements of your wellbeing holistically, combining healthy intentions, regular physical movements, breathwork, and meditation to promote calm, balance, and resilience.
This weekly class is ideal if you:
- Suffer from joint pain
- Want to support your mobility and flexibility
- Struggle with breathlessness, stress and anxiety
- Want to overcome sleeping disorders
- Are recovering from surgery or severe illness
We’ve created a welcoming studio space at the Chiswick Arts Ed, where you can learn and experience these gentle and mindful steps and progress your understanding.
You will be invited to listen and feel your body, breath and mind in a kind and compassionate way.

When: Every Tuesday evening from 18:30 to 19:45. October 5th to December 21st. (12 weeks in total).
Price: £15 drop in. £85 for a 6 week pass. £155 for a 12 week pass.
