Important Delivery Information 

The client is responsible for paying any VAT and import duties that may apply in the country of delivery. 

If the client refuses to pay these fees, the shipment will be returned to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund you fully apart from any delivery charges and penalties incurred. 

Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, excluding public holidays.   

Out of Stock

In the rare event that certain item(s) in your order are out of stock, we shall contact you via e-mail/telephone to advise you of the situation. You will of course have the option to cancel your order at this point or opt for an alternative option if available.

What are our return guidelines?

We want you to be happy with our products and service and understand that occasionally you may decide that the product you have ordered and received is not suitable for your use and you would like to return it to us for a refund.

We will be happy to refund or exchange a product that remains unused, unopened and in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, this means that bespoke prescription products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us by email to info@zenmaitri.com

Then follow the guidelines below:

Include a covering note with your order number, name and reason for return. Without this information we may not be able to process your return.

Returns must be sent to:

Zen Maitri, 39 Turnham Green Terrace, Chiswick, London, W4 1RG.

As per our returns policy, any items will need to be returned at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service to return items to us as proof of postage. 

Once your returned item(s) have been received & examined in our store, we will process the refund and make the payment back to the original payment method. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for this payment to show in your account. We are not able to process any refund until the goods have been received.

All returns must be packaged securely and our product packaging must not have any postage labels attached to it. 

Can I send my item back for an exchange?

At zenmaitri.com we can offer an exchange for another product for the refund amount as long as it is unused and in resale-able condition. As per our returns policy, any items will need to be returned at your own cost.
