Tell me about shipping to the UK

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Tracked (3-5 business days):
    - Free for one-time orders over £40
    - £4.50 for one-time orders under £40
  • Next Business Day* (2-3 business days)
    - £7.99 for one-time orders 

* Please note Next Business Day orders (Monday- Friday- exc. Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

When will my order be shipped?

All of our products are handmade and we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can. 

All UK orders for standard delivery will be shipped between 3-5 working days.
If you have selected our next day delivery option, orders must be placed by 12pm (Monday-Friday) to be delivered within 2-3 business days.
For all orders you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please login to your account or contact our team via email should you have any questions about your order:  info@zenmaitri.com  

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Zen Maitri currently ships to several countries around the world. Please see which countries below.

There are restrictions on sending some of our products to specific countries, especially the USA. If you would like to place an international order, please email our team on info@zenmaitri.com  with details about what you would like to order and the destination. Our team will then get back to you on whether it is feasible. 

Unfortunately, our international shipping rates are not inclusive of import duties and taxes due at the destination country. The client receiving the parcel is responsible for clearing import duties or taxes.

Are you shipping to all EU countries?
