Allergy Support Tincture is a concentrated herbal tincture for every season, taken diluted in water up to three times a day. Baikal skullcap, eyebright and elderflower are blended with yarrow, plantain, chamomile and peppermint, made as a whole-herb liquid extract.
The Herbs
Allergy Support Tincture brings together three groups of herbs traditionally used for sensitivity to pollen, dust and pets. Balancing herbs support a calmer immune response. Toning herbs help clear a runny nose, watery eyes and sinus pressure. Soothing herbs calm irritated linings. Together they make a blend for comfort in every season, indoors and out.
To Balance
Baikal Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis): Traditionally used to support the body through seasonal sensitivity, hay fever and environmental irritation. It helps reduce hypersensitivity and clear congestion in the sinuses and airways.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): Rich in compounds that help the body manage its histamine response, relieving irritation in the eyes and airways.
To Clear
Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis): Has a special affinity for the eyes and upper respiratory tract. It helps resolve watery, itchy eyes and clear the congestion behind a runny nose or sinus pressure.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita): Brings a refreshing, decongesting effect that helps keep the airways open and clear.
Elderflower (Sambucus nigra): A gentle decongestant that helps soothe inflamed airways and ease the heat of seasonal irritation.

How to Take: 5ml (approximately 100 drops) up to three times a day, before or after meals.

A Year-Round Ritual
Begin the Day with Nasya Oil: Nasya is the Ayurvedic morning practice of oiling the nostrils. Use Zen Maitri Nasya Oil as directed on the bottle, before the day begins.
Rinse the Nose: A warm saline rinse or neti pot to wash away pollen, dust and other particles.
Keep Rooms Fresh: Wash bedding on a hot wash each week, place an air filter in the bedroom, and a change of clothes after time outdoors.
Breathe Slowly: A few minutes of slow, deep breathing when the airways feel tight.
