Our Joint & Muscle Balm is a natural muscle rub designed for both athletes seeking post-workout recovery and adults managing ongoing joint stiffness or mobility issues.
This plant-based formula blends Comfrey Root for tissue repair, Marshmallow Root to soothe irritation, and Saint John’s Wort to relieve tension. Pine and Cajeput essential oils provide a fresh, invigorating aroma while supporting circulation and comfort.
Suitable for all skin types, this balm glides on easily, delivering both immediate relief and long-term joint and muscle care. Perfect after the gym, sports, or for easing everyday aches.
How to use: Apply to affected areas and massage in, or leave on overnight for deep nourishment. Ideal 1–2 times daily, especially after exercise or when stiffness sets in.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Rich, silky, and naturally nourishing, extra virgin olive oil has long been appreciated for its moisturising qualities. Packed with naturally occurring antioxidants and vitamins, it provides a smooth, hydrating base that supports soft, supple skin.
Comfrey Root
Comfrey is a deeply respected herb in traditional European herbalism. Often called “knitbone” in historical texts, it is appreciated for its grounding, comforting qualities and is traditionally used in topical preparations to support ease and wellbeing after physical activity.
Marshmallow Root

Pine Essential Oil

Cajeput Essential Oil
With its bright, camphoraceous scent, cajeput essential oil has long been included in traditional massage oils. It provides a refreshing, warming presence that complements post-movement rituals and encourages a feeling of ease.
This product contains extra virgin olive oil, comfrey root, marshmallow root, Saint John’s wort, candelilla wax, pine essential oil and cajeput essential oil.
As a muscle and joint ache or tension reliever: Take a little of the balm into the palms of your hands and massage onto sore muscles and joints. Do this 1-2 times per day. For best results, we recommend massaging the balm into affected areas at night before bed, leaving it in overnight.
Cautions
Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin. Not suitable during pregnancy. Contains Saint John’s wort, which can cause issues to individuals with light sensitivity.
