Our pregnancy bath salts contain both full dried lavender flowers and added lavender essential oil.

It has a comforting and calming scent which promotes relaxation and has been shown to alleviate stress and anxiety. It can also help promote a good night’s sleep, which is very important and sometimes elusive during pregnancy.
This product contains himalayan pink salt, calendula oil, oat straw, rose, chamomile, lavender, lavender essential oil, rose geranium essential oil and Roman chamomile essential oil.
Add 5 tablespoons directly into bath. Alternatively, add 5 tablespoons to muslin bag, pull string closed and add to bath or footbath. Do not use on infected, irritated or broken skin. Take extra care not to overheat skin with bath water.
