Lemon balm is an uplifting herb that can strengthen your body’s resilience to stress and shock. It can also soothe the symptoms of indigestion, anxiety and depression and hyperthyroidism.
Peppermint’s familiar refreshing taste isn’t the only reason we’ve included it in this blend. It’s also a helpful herb for tummy issues, specifically working to relieve indigestion, flatulence and nausea.

Use one heaped teaspoon of loose herbs per cup of boiling water. Infuse the water with the loose tea for 5 minutes, strain, cool and enjoy. Store in a cool and dry place.
