I enjoyed several meditation sessions offered by Zen Maitri. The teacher Laurent Roure has a wealth of experience and knowledge of meditation techniques and is able to create a relaxed and informal environment that encourages mindfulness. He has a friendly and open manner that helps to keep the atmosphere relaxed. This is an excellent way of meditating and learning meditation techniques especially in the current circumstances where travelling to and participating in ‘live’ meetings is difficult.
